Privacy Policy

VIZRA is built to let you create without making your private media a product. This policy explains what information we process, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

Store developer information

VIZRA is listed on Google Play by Debbie Lee under Android package name com.shimetchra.vizra. VIZRA is listed on the App Store by Shimetchra Gray under App ID 6798543044.

Information we process

We process account details you provide, selected media and prompts when you request a generation, generated works, purchase and entitlement information, device and app diagnostics, and support messages you send us.

Photos, prompts, and face checks

VIZRA checks photos for one clear face and basic quality on your device. The check does not identify a person and does not send face detection data to VIZRA. Selected media and prompts are uploaded only when you choose to start a generation. We process them to create the requested result, apply safety controls, prevent abuse, and operate the service. We do not use private source photos to train public-facing identity models.

Purchases, subscriptions, and Gems

Payments are processed by Google Play or Apple, not by VIZRA. We receive limited purchase information needed to verify a transaction, restore purchases, grant Gems or VIP benefits, prevent fraud, and maintain a transaction record. This can include the store, product identifier, purchase state, subscription status, transaction identifier, and purchase time. We do not receive your full payment-card number.

Subscription management, billing, and payment details are governed by the applicable store's privacy practices. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the store account associated with your purchase.

Advertising and rewarded downloads

VIZRA may use advertising services to show rewarded ads and interstitial ads to eligible non-VIP users. Advertising providers may process device, advertising, diagnostic, and interaction information under their own policies and any consent choices required in your region. We use reward confirmation information to grant an eligible no-watermark download or generation acceleration. We do not treat an ad-view request as permission to access your private photo library.

How we use information

We use information to operate VIZRA, fulfill generation requests, apply safety and content moderation, verify purchases and rewards, protect the service, respond to support requests, and improve reliability. We may use de-identified, aggregated technical information to understand app performance and usage.

Retention

Generated works are retained for up to seven days. Source media is kept only as long as needed to complete a requested generation and protect the service. Purchase and transaction information may be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal obligations.

Your choices

You can remove VIZRA records for My Photos without deleting the original from your phone. You can delete works and request account deletion in the app. You can also request account or data deletion if you cannot access the app. You may manage store subscriptions and advertising consent through the controls available on your device or from the applicable store.
